Project Overview:

This project is a General Contractor/Construction Management, GC/CM, contract for the construction of the new Sehome High School. The existing facilities remain in use throughout the construction of the 190,000 square foot replacement school. Additional site development includes an eight-lane synthetic surface track, natural turf playfields and six tennis courts.

Scope of services provided:

GeoTest provided building envelope inspection and testing services throughout construction for verification of energy code compliance and building performance goals. These services include inspection of fluid applied weather resistant barrier, flashing, wall insulation and roofing materials as well as whole building air leakage testing and window water penetration testing.
